Tip: I think above address is wrong. It's listed as 5864 Westheimer Rd Houston, TX 77057 on Yelp. Everything went smoothly walking in until I showed my Groupon code. The lady at the front desk had a confused look on her face and she asked to see it. I showed it and she said ok, go to stall no. 5. There, I showed my coupon again to the hairstylist. She said ok. I then showed her the edgier cut pictures I wanted on my phone. Through my cut, I asked her to shorten it more and she did then I asked her to give me edgier layers and she said it won't look good and cut off more hair instead of making shorter layers. She used a razor on the very top of my crown and it looked puffy and uneven. During the haircut, the front desk person asked to see my code twice more. It made me very uncomfortable. At the end, I couldn't wait to leave. I left in a rush and didn't even get the conditioning part of the deal and stylist didn't even put heat protectant when she went full in to dry my hair. The front desk person also charged me $35 minus a $5 tax. At the time, I remembered that groupon cost $35 (which I obviously already paid on Groupon) so I ended up paying it again. I even asked her what the initial cost would be and she said $50. So $50-35= 15. So I should have paid at most $15 (minus tax) if the coupon were expired but it wasn't so I believe I shouldn't have paid extra at all besides my tip. And for the tip I paid with debit, she took tip amount out of the register and gave it to me to walk over to the hairdresser to tip. I felt awkward and uncatered to. Styles for all the stylists there were frumpy and old fashioned. I should have turned around and left the second I walked in but sadly this is a lesson well learned. I will also mention that I went to an expensive salon a day later to get my hair fixed and I paid $40 (yes again...) but finally got the haircut I wanted. So "buyer" beware, they won't listen even with pictures shown.

I have been going here for many years and have had little to no problems with customer service. Everyone greets you when you walk in and says bye when u leave. Nighat is the bomb, everyone in my family goes to her.

Absolutely terrible. I wanted to surprise my wife with a facial and massage and a relaxing afternoon. I called and set up an appointment for her to get their best facial that comes with a massage. The next day i brought her there and dropped her off. 10 minutes later i get a call from the receptionist looking for her, wondering if she is coming in. My wife heard her name and i heard her in the background say "im already here, and checked in, you told me you didnt have me on the list". She ended up highly disappointed in the service. The facial they gave was good, they knew what they were doing. But the service was terrible and not at all relaxing or pampering. The lady left the room multiple times, at one point being gone for a half hour. She never said a single word until the end. It was all business, no pleasure. I asked my wife how the massage went, and she said "they were supposed to give me a massage too?"

Best threading in houston! I always get compliments on my eyebrows. I recommend nighat or shabana..lovely ladies! Ive been coming here for over 7yrs and can only review threading bc I have not tried their other services.
