Snooty receptionist. Terrible shampoo. Haircut uneven and shabby. Stylist (male) smelled like an ash tray. Same stylist didn't listen to my specific and clear wishes. Price was outrageous. Credit card tips are not accepted and clients must pay an additional fee to get cash from a ghetto ATM machine. They should be ashamed. I'll never go back... and never stop telling everyone I know how terrible my experience was.

No-one else in the Houston area will welcome you and take care of you as they do. The team is great and I wish my hairs would grow faster so I can come back sooner.
