I am a long time customer of Beautique for facials, waxing, mani/pedis and blowouts. I am always satisfied with my services and experience at the salon. Friendly people, competitive prices and all in the heart of the Rice Village. Valet service is available most weekends.

Please don't go to beautique unless it is to use their bathroom.

Today my daughter in law and I had a "half day of beauty" at the Rice Village location. We had no problems with parking - probably because we arrived before 10am. I had bought her a gift card to Tova's on Post Oak and later found they have been bought by Beautique - who said they would honor the certificate. We each had wonderful massages - a very nice lunch which consisted of a choice from several salad selections ( I had the chicken caesar)- a spa pedicure and manicure. We never felt rushed, nor were we subject to extra sales pitches. Each person who worked with us was professional and kind. I have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing I missed was being offered a glass of wine upon my arrival or with lunch as was always done at Tova's. I would go back here again.

Mark completely butchered my hair, styled it like he was Helen Keller, and then the salon (after I complained) still charged me full price. I had to call two times to finally get my money back, and not until I wrote a letter did I get the refund. RIDICULOUS. Don't bother patronizing this place - it's a waste of time.
