When you walk up to this place, you may say to yourself "is this the right place?" Beauty and Beyond is in a house with an ivy-covered gate in a residential area. Once you walk in, it certainly looks and feels like a regular spa. The receptionists were bubbly and friendly. They offered us water and were happy to chat with me while I waited for my friend. We both had custom facials. Vaishali is amazing. She walked me through all that she planned to do based upon my skin condition and my concerns, which was nice and helped me know what to expect. She offered advice but didn't push any products, which was VERY nice. I was so relaxed by the end. It felt more like a body massage relaxation feeling than a facial. She is such a sweet lady. She even ended with a recommendation on a pub nearby since she overheard me talking to the receptionists about my love of craft beer and pubs. Just keep in mind that you probably won't be able to schedule two people at once if you've got a friend in mind. We thought it was well worth the wait. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely be back!

I just moved to Houston and I love it here! I'm just not too crazy about the weather. It makes my skin so dry and I break out. So I was looking for a place to help me out and I came across Beauty & Beyond. I made my appointment and when I got there it felt like I was at home its a really cute spot and feels relaxing. One of the anesthetics gave me a consultation and we started right away on my custom facial. After the facial I felt relaxed and my skin felt brand new! If you need any type of facials i definitely recommend coming to Beauty & Beyond!

it is easy to make appointment but i was charged 25$ for eyebrow and lip threading (i am easy, it took less then 7 mins to finish) and the price I paid is more then a man before me paid and who was there for the treading too but it took over 20mis to finish on him. Probably because I was a new client. Even though I knew the price before coming I did not like this difference in pricing. Treading was more painful comparing to my previous experience. The pressure was so high the tread broke about 4 times. I have scratches above my left eyebrow after this. The lady did not use the talc I asked her to use (since I have a sensitive skin). She stated that she prefers to do it without it to prevent pore clogs. Nothing was applied to my skin after. This "homey atmosphere" is not for me especially for such price for 7mins work with the consequences.

When I first moved to Houston from Phoenix, my skin went nuts from the humidity! I am so thankful to have found Beauty & Beyond Skin Care on Yelp where Ms. V put me through a series of acne treatment and then microdermabrasion. Just after a few months, my skin looks amazing! Love the atmosphere and the friendly service-- The best part is that Ms. V is professionally trained in all the services so you do not have to worry about waiting on technicians...she is very reliable and is hands down THE BEST!
