I felt super comfortable doing their Cheeva som retreat on last Friday night. Place clean, very safe parking. I am regular exerciser , I had pain my Hamstring and my shoulders. Pai was super high energy and helped me get through the 2 hours with her she is little ladies were very friendly and also stronger than I thought .
