My experience with this Spa, was fantastic, Nancy gives the best facials I've ever had, she took her time to educate me on my skin & helped me with which products i should use, & what not to use. The receptionist was also very helpful, i had to wait a little & she showed me all the different packages & services they offer. The place was very clean & I felt very comfortable, was a very enjoyable experience & I will most definitely be going back. I would recommend it to all my friends. Especially now that its close to Valentines, makes for a great gift. It is located in the Galleria mall, but its in a very quiet area, so its a great place if you just need some time to relax & get away.

I have to start by saying that the staff is wonderful and they did seem to know what they were doing when it came to the facial and the massage. But my girlfriend and I signed up for the day of rejuvenation, I purchased this as a gift to myself on January 1st. I’m not a complainer at all so it’s really hard for me to type this review criticizing this place but it did not meet my expectations so I don’t want any of you to be surprised by what you see or get when you get there. 1) In the massage room -when I turned over to my back I could literally see thru the roof where one square of ceiling with missing 2) the manicure and pedicure sucked and was not up to pare compared to any normal manicure and pedicure salon. I sat in a normal chair and I had to soak in a bucket – ok not a bucket bucket but you know the kind that we have at home. It wasn’t the big massaging chair kind. Quite frankly I could have polished my nails and toes better myself (and I suck at it) and received a better outcome. The technician seem really inexperienced in this area. I can say that I enjoyed my massage, facial and lunch. But I must say all of the rooms are small and the cleanliness was not really up to my standards. We paid $195 for this package when really it should have been maybe $100 for what we received and the conditions of this place. I only chose Cosmo because they were open on New Year’s Day and they could accommodate myself and my two friends (one of which left as soon as she got there because she was so upset that it took her 30 minutes to find the place after parking), and really I didn’t see my friend at all during the process until the end so they really CANNOT accommodate a group of girlfriends at all. Overall, I wish we had turned around as soon as we got a good look at the facility!!! I hope this helps all of you!

I loved my waxer, Shami. She was really experienced and made me feel comfortable. Bikini waxing is an art. It is painful no matter what, but this was the quickest and least painful waxing I have ever had. After the bikini, I was so 'happy' that I asked her to do my arms and back too. The price was really good for the quality of waxing Shami did. But-- the accomodations are poor. It's on the 'bad side' of the Galleria, and it shows. The foyer was sketchy and seemed old, and the room was really really small and felt unsanitary.
