Cautious!! I went there twice for a haircut. Once for $18 which was OK and the 2nd time for $55 (She called it styling) I call it Rip-off !! It was for making my hair even. My hair was anything but EVEN!!! She didn't even TRY to make it even, just chopped chunks of hair from the back and sides and THERE!! Done! believe me she did not get any proper training. Thats a warning. I'll go somewhere else to fix the mess. waste of money.

HORRIBLE!! I asked the stylist to only take 2 inches off the bottom, and to layer it. She ended up chopping off like 4 inches the layers were not even what so ever . The shortest layer was above my chin which was not what I asked for. I do not see any layers done on the back only on the side so I look freaking ridiculous. The stylist did not know what she was doing while she was thinning out my hair another stylist had to come and show her how to use the correct technique. She kept dropping her clips and scissors. I called back to try and get refunded because the hair cut was definitely not worth the money I paid for. The "manager" said she wouldn't refund me my money but I can come in next week to get it fixed. Really!!?? next week ! I did not feel like the manager cared enough customer service sucked!! I would never go back to this place.

I was looking for a place to start getting eyelash extensions done regularly, I found Fashion Face on Groupon and decided to give them a try. When I got there I wasn't impressed with customer service, but I still had high hopes. When I got to the back with the "extentionist" she asked me what I wanted, I told her full lashes, but not terribly long. She "mmhmmed" and began her work. Long story short, 40 minutes later she was done (I've heard from ALL of my friends who get extensions done on the regular and my friend who actually does them up in Dallas, that when you get a full set it should at LEAST take and hour and a half). She asked me to open my eyes and I COULDN'T! It burned SO BAD. Like rubbing alcohol being poured in my eyes while cold air is blown into them. I immediately shut them and they began pouring water. She was so impatient with me opening my eyes, asking me every 2 minutes to open them and sighing when I couldn't. And mind you I get almost every inch of my body I can waxed on the regular, I can handle pain pretty well, but this was torture. Eventually my eyes watered so bad that the tape holding my lower lashes peeled off. The back of my head was soaked from tears. 15-20 minutes later I could painfully open them. And when I looked at my lashes I was so disappointed! All that pain! They weren't even full! There were huge gaps between my lashes. I asked her if she could do more and she basically told me no, "It wouldn't look natural." I told her I thought it would look better to me if I had a more. She just started at me, frustrated I just threw the money at her and left (why?! I have no idea, I was so mortified at the whole experience) When I got home and could actually SEE clearly, I saw half of my eyelashes were upside down, clumped together and were full of gaps. They looked awful! 3 weeks later, due to constant itching, upside down lashes poking my eyeballs and clumps of lashes in my field of vision, I've picked at them and almost all of my outer natural lashes are gone. I now have to wear strip lashes until they grow back because they look terrible. If I could give you advice, skip this one out. Even their regular prices are too good to be true.

This is the worst salon with very poor customer service. They don't know how to treat the customers and on top of it their service is very bad. Never visit this salon.

This place was very disappointing! The salon is very unorganized and the employees are every where. For the price I was paying for the services was not worth it at ALL! My make-up was not even at all, and one side of my face was heavier then the other. If you're willing to pay that ridiculous amount of money; the services better be up to par, and Fashion Face was definitely not! The only positive experience of my visit to Fashion Face was the sweet receptionist that was very helpful, other then that... DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!!! You will REGRET it!
