Fiori Spa

Luz is awesome! I only get waxing done here, so I cant rate the other services. Best place for brazilian!
DO NOT GO TO FIORI! SOME VERY SWEET FRIENDS BOUGHT ME A GIFT CARD AND I MISPLACED IT. I FINALLY FOUND IT THREE YEARS LATER AND WHEN I CALLED TO USE IT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT. THEY EVEN HAD RECORD OF WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED BUT THE MANAGER SAID THE OWNERS SET THE POLICY. TOTAL NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SEVERAL OTHER SPAS LIKE THE HOUSTONIAN WILL HONOR GIFT CARDS WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE!
After several visits to Fiori over the years (all good, but some better than others) I have to say that the Fiori I fell in love with is back! Front desk staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I was escorted everywhere. My lunch was great. All of the amenities really make this place stand out. If you haven't been in a while, I would suggest giving it another try. Top notch all the way around!
Wow... It is unbelievable when you call this spa and the Receptionists have no clue in customer service; long pauses and silences and just an awful tone. This is a great looking spa but if you dont know how to greet customers on the phone then you will not have customers walking through your door. Mistakes are always made by these receptionists due to the lack of their experience or attention span. CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE OR CONTINOUS BUSINESS WILL BE LOST!
I have been going to Fiori's for about 3 years. It starts off good, however, the facial treatments go down as you become a regular, as well as the nail salon area. The time allotted for your service will get shorter as time goes on and they get use to seeing your dedication. They take advantage of your dedication in maintaining your skin and beauty regime. The facialist are not sensitive in making you comfortable, and their services become haphazard and jumbled. I asked the owner to take a look at a few of the concerns I had and he never responded, but has never had a problem in taking $300 to $500 monthly from me in what I was paying. I quit going. Deborah
