I have been coming here for a number of years and have nothing but good experiences to report. I saw Dr. Katz today. The wait was short. She did a thorough exam, a biopsy, and several shots of cold nitrogen. She spent more than adequate time with me to explain the treatment. I highly recommend this practice.

We saw Dr. Eubanks for skin checks and she's excellent. No waiting, great staff, fantastic follow-up. I've been searching for a good dermatologist for years in Houston and I've finally found her. Highly recommended for cancer screenings and cosmetic care. She found two spots on my husband's skin and scheduled removals, which went perfectly.

I went there for an acne problem. I got there on time (and on time means 20 or 30 min before my actual appointment like they told me), but they made me wait for an hour while they called two other patients who arrived after me first. When they finally called me, the nurse only spent like 1~2 min with me; she didn't take blood pressure or ask me if I had drug allergy or anything. I hope I was mistaken, but I almost think she had a ear bud (like iPod) in one of her ears! Then the doctor came in. She didn't even bother to sit down. She looked at the file, looked at my face, told the nurse what to give me and left. She probably spent like 2 min with me. My acne is kind of minor, but she told me it would take two months to clear up. I was like "2 months?!" and she went on and on about how my acne doesn't care about my "time frame." Most of her 2 min with me was spent on that subject... This cost me 100 bucks. In the past when I went to see other dermatologists, they checked me from head to toe for any abnormality. I had expected the same from this place, but I was wrong. I must wonder if it's their own staff who's posting those rave reviews about this place. They can't be true... Don't go there. They are really horrible. There must be better places in Houston.

Staff is catty and vindictive. Dermatologist herself proscribed medicine which did not work for me. She looked from halfway across the room and had me out the door in minutes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
