I bought a few months ago before moving out of Houston a Living Social Deal. I regret it so much....what it can take you just one session, a simple microdermabrasion, my case was different. After a lot of excuses why the esthetician can't do a microdermabrasion for my sensitive skin, here is when the journey just began. Visit number one. She told me about a great cream they sell that will help me and no micro. Visit number 2: she couldn't do the micro because my face was still dry, I returned the cream because is was expired, after she looked at me, like, I was crazy she tried the cream on her hand and of course, I was right. She insisted to get another type of cream, I refused. Now I have to come back 3 days later for the new cream, and maybe the micro, Visit 3: they don't have the cream Visit 4: the place was closed. Visit 5: I got finally the micro but not the cream so I guess, she can't refund the money, she insisted again, the cream will be at their spa the following week. Visit 6: I got the cream. Don't waste you money, there are a lot of places with same deal, same services, but better customer service, focus on your skin and not in selling you creams and bunch of things, because the esthetician has to make some money based on her sales skills which will reflect good commission at the end of the month.
I called them to schedule a first time consultation but they only do it on M-F before 2 pm and no weekends, so no chance to get the service for those who work regular business hours
