I love that they look clean and have plenty of people there to get you in and out in a sec... and they do your eyebrows in the room where they do massages so suuuper comfy. But, my nails were done so thick that I had to get them redone a week later since they looked so bad. Also, my eyebrows were done so thin I have had to do them myself for about a month now just to try to get their shape back. I am looking for a new place.

Don't waste your money! This salon is a horrible excuse for a nail salon business. They screwed up my nails so badly that I had to go back to try to have them fix it. Due to their incompetence they had to redo work multiple times and was still not even adequate when I left. Gel manicure was poorly done, massage was a rough beating, they wash off your lotion after they rub it on(??? that makes sense). Asking for a nail design was almost a foreign concept and was done horribly with old polish which you could tell, and the service was rude beyond belief. What is even worse is the tools probably weren't cleaned in between clients as my technician had to pull something off of it before using it on me. Their selection of polishes are slim, very old, and gross! When I voiced my disatisfaction with their poor workmanship the woman had the nerve to actually mock me to a fellow worker right in front of me and then deny it when I confronted her on it. Yeah, you might be speaking another language but body language is universal! My fixed nails are no better than the first time what a waste of time and money! DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want poor service, poor quality and likely a health hazard! FYI don't even think about any sort of refund I will not be seeing any of my money.

I have been going to them for years. Before the new shop. One of the best is Queen. She goes above & beyond. There are a few that I would not go to so be careful in who you choose.
