Very disappointing service. I have been going to this salon for the past two years for a sugaring wax. Today will be the last time I go. Having the manager ask inappropriate questions regarding my ethnicity and challenge my answer is extremely unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my legs tan. This salon doesn't offer that service so there's no way she was selling airbrush tanning she was simply being extremely rude. After telling her numerous times how I didn't appreciate her comments and she continues to keep saying rude things I am frustrated and would never go to Maria at final cut salon again.

I've been going to Final Cut for awhile now and see Amanda. She does a great job! France and her husband are very, very nice and despite the dated look, I've had excellent service here. Had a massage a few weeks ago that wasn't the best ever, but it was a lot cheaper than most places as well!

well i have thin hair and had been to the salon for a consultation...the stylist i spoke to Alan i guess was pretty decent... there were two other ladies who were too intruding and lack customer mannerisms.... at least one of them was constantly looking at my hair awkwardly as though i had some disease! i would have gone back if i was given a better customer treatment and privacy, and respect i dint want all people at the salon to know my problem! disgusting for these two women were shouting loud about my problem... i must say the stylist was decent... u are in a wrong place buddy!

I have had some bad experiences with other salons, such as the stylists being catty or rude or just not working with my hair type. I used to be super picky with my hair and would even chemically straighten, color, and cut it myself because I was unhappy with salons that I could afford. I went to Final Cut Salon for a consultation, because I got a new job and needed a flattering (vs. trendy), presentable look. I then made an appointment for a cut and color. The consultation was great - they were friendly, honest with me and also made good suggestions. I really appreciated the fact that they listened to my concerns. Then my appointment - James was awesome! He worked with my hair to get it looking its best. I could not believe the results - amazing! As picky as I had been in the past with salons, I gotta say I was skeptical going into this.... but WOW I'm so glad I gave them a try. I walked in with just-above-the-waist, too-dark-for-my-skin, unruly hair -- and walked out with below-the-shoulder, rich brown SOFT highlighted hair. Gorgeous! I would have actually rated them as 4.5 stars, but only because the place could use some updating.... :) A facelift would make this place perfect...!
