I originally bought a Groupon for a facial, but decided on the Madonna Lift. I had to cancel my first appt, and both Sherry and Cherylin (i know I'm spelling her name wrong, so I'll call her C) were super nice, and gave me a wide open calendar for re-scheduling. The appt confirmation came with directions for finding a parking spot, so I was impressed from start to finish. I arrived for my treatment, and immediately felt at ease. C had me fill out a form, then seated me in a comfy chair for the numbing. She gave me a fuzzy blanket! By now, I'm loving the place. When my face was numb, Sherry asked if I had any questions or concerns, and then started the procedure. It felt sort of like having a tiny rubber band snapped. The sting lingers longer than a snap, but less intense. She gave me the option of doing my neck, and explained that it takes longer to heal, which I appreciated because I have plans this week, so I opted to do that another time. Right now my face is sort of pink, and doesn't hurt. It will be a month or so before i can give the final rate for the results, but it already looks better than before the treatment. The experience was extremely positive, and I will definitely be back for other procedures. Sherry's skin is flawless, very youthful, but completely natural. I shy away from clinics where everyone has the same giant lips and frozen mask-like faces. There was none of that here!
