This is the first salon in Rockwall I found that I actually have gone back for several years now and had only great experiences. I had tried at least 3 other salons and ended up having bad experiences and left. The staff is friendly and does a great job with their services. I got my hair cut and colored for my wedding 2 years ago there and it was the best color I've ever gotten. I couldn't be happier. I also love the products they use and promote since it's organic and as local as possible. I would highly recommend this salon. The prices are similar to other high end salons but I find Affinity's services are actually worth every dollar.

Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early and the door was locked with a note saying come back in an hour, along with the phone number to call. I called and waited: kind of hard to know when the hour count down started. Left after 20 minutes and 6 mosquito bites while sitting on the porch. They called me 45 minutes later and asked me to come back since they were busy with other clients. Yeah, no way. Won't be back.

I have had multiple facials and massages here and ABSOLUTELY loved it!! Staff is extremely nice and truly care about their clients having the best possible experience possible. I love the fact that they use the all natural essential oils, it is very important to me and my family to be as natural as possible. They also have high quality products for sale that I have tried and enjoyed. I highly recommend Affinity!

I was pleased with how my hair came out -- cut and color. The stylist could have been a little more on the professional side, however. She complained to me several times about a receptionist who was filling in and didn't know what she was doing, which made me feel uncomfortable. She also had to leave me several times to assist the receptionist, which was not the hugest deal in the world, but they just seemed a bit unorganized. She really did do a great job on my hair; it just wasn't the kind of professional experience I expected.

Absolutely fantastic to work with! They are very good listeners and the entire process was very therapeutic. I am very satisfied with my visit and hope to return soon! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
