Since this salon is so close to my house I was hoping that it would be a good salon, but every single time I have gone the experience was terrible. My most recent trip was the last straw that made me decide to not take my business there again. Although they sat me in the spa chair fairly quickly after I arrived, I sat in that chair (without water in the foot tub or anything) for over 40 minutes before somebody finally came my way. I will admit that the woman who did my toes did a very good job and I was really happy with that part, but the woman who did my nails was absolutely horrible. When she was trimming my cuticles it was like she was mining for gold, It was so, so painful. I was bleeding everywhere and I felt like my cuticles left in worse condition than they started. She hardly filed my nails because they were still rather jagged after. And I asked her to buff my nails rather than paint them, and she did a half-effort job and just walked off without even rinsing off the buffing creme. I simply went home and completely redid them when I arrived home. The salon was very understaffed and the majority of the employees just seemed like they rushed through each client. I have yet to have a positive experience at World Nails and Spa. There are much better places in the area to go to.
