I have recently purchased a home, and the previous owners used Swim Tech to service the pool. I decided to keep the service with them. This was one of the best decisions I've made. They do an excellent job and have been so helpful and "patient" with me. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable, but above all- they are kind and caring to any questions or concerns I have presented to them. They show up when they are scheduled and secure your property like they should when they leave. They're prices are very competitive and reasonable. It's nice having a pool service that you can count on! Their office staff is wonderful to deal with and I look forward to using their services for many years to come! Used them for years, good service, good prices.

I try to give my business to the local stores as much as possible to help our local neighbors, versus the "big-box" stores like Leslie's. I have used Swim Tech since I moved to Garland 4 years ago, and I have no complaints on their great service, prices or selection. I wish the branch store closer to me (near Garland) had not closed, but I can certainly understand that with the state of the economy we're in. I give this business 5 stars!

Very nice and helpful. They pointed me in the right direction toward some much less expensive things I needed over the more expensive things I thought were needed. She then let me know what to expect was upcoming as a new pool owner of a house with an older pool. What more could you want?
