BEST MASSAGE ENVY! I say this after going to a few other locations (i.e. Rowlett) and having a horrible experience. The staff at Rockwall are so nice and friendly and know you by name and remember what you like. I always get reminder call and calls letting me know how many massages I have (which is helpful). I recommend all my friends to go there and they love it too!

One of the best Massage Envy Spas!!!!! The front desk are sweet, and beyond helpful. They greet each guest (they know) by name! The therapist are amazing, I have not had a single one I did not love! I tell anyone looking to get a massage to come to the Rockwall Spa! Who wouldn't want this awesome experience?!

I don't know what everyone else's complaint is but by experience here was excellent.

I have a great massage therapist and she's always busy so I cant get a hold of her when I need a massage and the fact that she live hour away from me, so I went to massage envy for massage after that massage the front desk person talk me on signing a membership so I did for the price,they did not explain to me that your not really paying for the whole hour of massage they charge you for 50 minutes massage not an hour.when I asked why its only 50 minutes she said the 10 minutes is to talk to the massage therapist and you getting your clothes off,that's fine if she explain it to me but she didn't....I was not happy so I wanted to cancel my membership but the only way you can cancel is to move away 25 miles or a written notice to your doctor saying you can no longer get a massage.,.so to you all out there that thinking about signing for membership do not sign without thinking twice or more,I think that's a rip off...I can't even go to other places to try their services now because I'm stuck with them....'m not happy with my second massage therapist either I don't think she went to school for massage...the only thing that they made me sign for membership is because the first therapist is good and I am a sucker for good massage......

Once you find a thearpist you like, It is very difficult to get an appointment with them again. We purchased a membership, and have not been impressed. There are a few very good therapists, but plan on booking way in advance. Otherwise, plan for a mediocre oiling.
