I went to this salon asking for a single process color and a bikini wax. The waxer kept telling me how hard waxing was, and it must be because she gave me the most lopsided wax I've ever gotten. Fine, then I go to get my color done, and the stylist convinces me the shape of my haircut is wrong. I'm thinking she's about to trim me up a little, but she literally cut my hair back into this god awful style I've been trying to grow out for 5 months. I was mortified, and I cried, but they sure charged me the entire price. Just don't go here.
I received a really excellent cut from the owner, based on her recommendation. The salon's environment was very comfortable and pleasant, and I will definitely return. A long-time client of the owner was also in the salon getting her hair done -- she drives over from Arlington because she loves the service she receives.
