Consumer BEWARE! This is the worst spa in the entire DC area. I bought my sister a Groupon gift certificate and she booked her appointment. A few days later she had to cancelled for personal reasons, but immediately rescheduled. The spa then called her to reschedule because they were overbooked. A few hours before her appointment, they once again called her to reschedule because the person that was going to do her facial got into a car accident. My sister then explained to the person who called, that by rescheduling her certificate would expire. The lady said it was OK and scheduled her in. When my sister arrived there was no one there to greet her. She was placed into a small room that wasn't very clean. There were mosquitos all over that bite her several time on her arms and legs. The lady came in and began a rough facial session. She then excused herself and came back several minutes later and slammed the gift certificate on a table and yelled at my sister telling her "this gift certificate is expired!" My sister told her that they had rescheduled on her twice and was told when they booked again her certificate would be honored since they were they ones who had to reschedule. Instead of apologizing for yelling at my sister, the lady then restarted the facial and out of spite massaged her face even harder. It was kind of like she was trying to get even. My sister had previously purchased a certificate for my niece but after this horrible experience she will not take my niece to this horrible so called "spa." She rather loose her money then have my niece go through what she did. Do not go to this spa. I wish I would have looked at the reviews on Yelp. They have horrible reviews. The worst service ever!!! I wish I could give them a negative star, because one star is too much for them.
