I have been going to Diane at Posh for 2 years and always have had a great result. I am always greeted in a pleasant manor and treated like royalty. I have had several treatments such as fillers, fraxel (which I recommend to anyone with fine lines wrinkles and acne scarring) I must say these couple of reviews are not at all what I or any of my friends and co workers have experienced. The location is very clean an well kept and the ambiance is relaxing. I am in the customer service industry and know that you just cant please everyone all of the time-- Diane is AMAZING and I recommend Posh in Alexandria Va to everyone!! I come from California 2 x a year to see Diane. Since I moved from Va I have yet to find anyone who compares!!

I have been to numerous Med Spas and rarely went to the same place twice because I was never happy with the overall experience but thankfully I found Posh Med Spa. I have been going to Posh Med Spa for about a year and love this place. Diane is fantastic and they offer great specials.

I am from Florida but went to Posh Medical Spa on my last visit to DC and I was very impressed. Just over the bridge from DC in Old town Alexandria, I did not have to pay for parking and this I really appreciated. Not only was the staff extremely professional but the quality of the service I received was above average. Ask for Diane, a nurse who knows exactly what she's doing. Thank you Posh! Carl H. Schafer
