Had a nice hair cut by the master scissors of Neat - she is a real artist. Her assistant Kevin is awesome, and the shampooing by Maisie was really a treat. They were all nice, had great conversation, and not pushy or hurried at all. Great team. Keep it up, PR!

Been using various PR Partners across NOVA for the past 10 years or so. Good music, good head massages, good haircuts, what more do you need? I'm a man so I can only comment on haircuts here but I've always been happy with the results from Karen and I don't see myself changing anytime soon.

I've been going to the PR at Partners in Metro Center for awhile. They are great. Moved to Fairlington recently and was super excited to find out they had a location down the street in Shirlington. Called and made an appointment without any issue. The morning of my appointment, I received a phone call from someone there telling me they could not do my hair appointment at 7:30 because I was a new client and it'd take too long to do the hair consulting and cut my hair. I told the woman on the phone that I had been going to the location in Metro Center and I knew the hair consulting took no more than 5 minutes, and I only needed layers cut into my hair. Pretty simple, right? Wrong. She said she'd call me back and try to find someone else to do my hair appointment at an earlier time since I told her I wasn't able to come in the following day. When she did call me back, she had found someone whose prices were much higher, and told me I could come in "if you want to". They clearly did not care about my business and were quite unprofessional to make an appointment for me and then cancel it the day of the appointment. I called Illusions down the street and they made me an appointment for the same time on the same day. Amanda at Illusions did an amazing job and I plan to take my business there in the future. I'm sorry to have left PR at Partners. I was a loyal customer there for years, but I felt like I was treated as if they did not care about me as their customer.

This review is for my hair cut and style by Vincent. I have been going to him for over a year now, and always get compliments after my appointments with him. I would definitely recommend him to others, as he is always friendly and is very knowledgeable about hair. He is offering cuts for $35 for new clients, which is a fraction of what others charge ($75).
