A wonderful, locally owned day spa in Richmond - convenient to West End and downtown as they're right off Patterson. As a runner I love going to Mary who can fix almost any ailment I bring in. Trish (owner) is wonderful at figuring out what service is exactly right for you and very accommodating at working around your needs. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I took my boyfriend for his birthday and we had an amazing experience! It was his first time ever having a massage and he LOVED it! Immediately upon walking in the door, you feel relaxed. Both the facial and the stone massage were the best I have had and the staff is extremely professional! We will definitely be back, very soon, and as an added bonus their prices are much lower than other area spas!

Highly recommend - services rendered were great. We had a private party there of 5 girls and the ambiance was spatastic! The owner is wonderful to work with and we could not ask for better hospitality. A gem in the depths of Glen Allen. I will be back.

I played constant phone tag trying to make a mani-pedi appointment for months and could never get one for sooner than 4 weeks from the day I called. The rare available openings were always for random weekdays several weeks later. Weekend appointment? Forget about it. I've waited months to get a weekday off from work so I can go, and now they refuse accept my Groupon, instead telling me I'd have to pay the difference (essentially voiding my Groupon). How convenient. What a waste of time and money on poor customer service. Thankfully, Groupon refunded me and I can take my business elsewhere.
