I signed up my wife for the monthly 2hr massage package for her birthday 1.5 years ago at $58 per month. My wife was extremely busy and was not able able to go monthly, so it made sense to cancel. They said by canceling I would lose all accumulated hours. This creates a trap. There was no manager on site for us to speak with and the receptionists denied that there is an owner to speak with. She claimed that the princess Anne location was a corporate store but I know this to be untrue; the franchisee owns all the local massage luxe locations and at least one local mcdonalds. We left a phone number and were told someone may or may not return our call. This was 2 days ago, and we still have not heard back from anyone. This is no way to treat a customer that has spent over $1000 with your company. I am still trying to get this resolved! Consumer Scam

I love this place. It's so relaxing yet very affordable. I had a massage and a facial. Now I am a member AGAIN. I highley recommend this place.

I love this place!! I will state that you have to find a therapist that you enjoy. Each are different. Front desk girls are sweet, friendly and very helpful!! I do have a monthly membership. There was a mistake on double charging. They promptly return my money and gave me a free 1/2 an hr for the trouble. Only advise I have is if you don't care for your therapist ask for a new one next time you go and let them know. I have 3 I like there and one is my regular. I also love there massage water bed. GREAT!!

***SCAM ALERT*** I went in for approximately three visits. They will slap your credit card with a recurrent charge. Do not fall for this: check out similar claims via Google. I read the paperwork carefully and DID NOT agree to a monthly membership. I will update with relevant posts concerning my struggle to reclaim my funds. Let the war begin. Nothing burns me more than this kind of practice. It should concern you too, if you're considering becoming a customer. NEVER AGAIN. ***SCAM ALERT***
