Booked online to have a remedial massage, was rang a bit later and told there had been an error and no massage person was available only a beauty person- fair enough errors happen, they then offered the untrained beauty person to do it for the grand discount of $6, from $127 down to $121. How greedy can one company be! This is the second disappointing experience I've had with Endota.
