For a company that has personal care as one of their taglines I am surprised and saddened by the attitude and lack of understanding shown by the General Manager with whom I spoke today. Due to concerns over a lump that has appeared in my breast (I am already a breast cancer patient) I had not yet called to cancel my appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow. I had planned to call after the ultrasound today ensuring that I gave more than 24 hours notice but received a call from Natskin as I was leaving the hospital. I did try to explain this to Liz, but her curt response was "just as well I called you then". I explained that I would be on medical leave next week and would actually like to book in for a longer appointment but was pushed to book in for a single slot next Thursday. When I asked if there were any other available times I was informed, quite brusquely, that it was filling up very quickly and there was a waiting list so the appointment would just be cancelled. I did try once again to explain my situation. Liz's attitude was abrupt, harsh and showed a total lack of compassion or understanding. I do love going to Sharaya at South Melbourne - she is absolutely gorgeous but I cannot continue to go and support somewhere that shows such lack of understanding for its clients.

Pure bliss! I had a 2.5 hour treatment including a scrub, wrap, vichy shower, scalp massage and a full body massage and was literally floating off the ground by the end of it. So much so that I had to have a coffee before I could drive home! I have to mention Alex my therapist who was simply amazing! Very attentive, intuitive, friendly and professional. I felt like a baby - very nurtured. I will most definitely be going back. Perfect service! From the quality of the treatment and products used to the music they played during the treatment just 100% pure bliss!!!

Was lucky enough to have a facial with Sharaya at Natskin South Melbourne, was a great experience all-round. Lovely premises, great atmosphere, friendly and accomodating staff. At the time I was pregnant, and this was no bother at all....Sharaya was able to adapt the facial to suit my needs. Also had great advice on skin care products which were in stock. Thanks to all the staff at Natskin!

Wonderful, relaxing experience that really delivers results! The therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. I get facials at the South Melbourne spa and my skin always looks great when I walk out. I noticed a remarkable difference in my skin after 3 weeks of following the therapist's advice after only just 1 facial. The ladies are respectful about recommending products without forcing you to make a purchase. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered! Thank you Mandy and everyone at Natskin!

I got given a Mens Package called Vichy Shower for my Birthday from my partner. It was a wonderful experience and I am really looking forward to having another one. I really did not know what to expect, but once your close your eyes and fall into a relaxed state, it is beautiful. I have also been to the Natskin in the Yarra Valley, they have a beautiful restaurant with views over the vineyards. After Lunch, its a easy walk over to the Natskin Spa. I would highly recommend both places to everyone!
