The treatment was wonderful as was the last time. However when leaving, the front of house was a little rude. It kind of ruined the relaxing buzz i was experiencing. Besides that, the treatment therapists are professional and very good at their job. Considering I spent half a grand I might try somewhere difference next time, all it takes is one person to ruin an otherwise good experience.

Best massage I have ever had along with the use of top skin care products that are still working wonders on my hair and skin, even after two days of the treatment.

I have been frequenting Body Freedom since the business established many years ago. I always request a voucher from Body Freedom for my birthday, usually 'The Melt' package and it's the highlight of my year! It is always amazing and I enjoy every minute of the two hour session, my only complaint is the time goes too fast! I have been to a few day spas and this one is by far the best day spa in Melbourne. The staff are lovely, the place is gorgeous, and the products used are always beautiful. If you are a visitor to Melbourne and need to unwind after a shopping extravaganza or a local that just needs a little pampering then this is the place for you. I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone. If I'm willing to travel south across the river, you too will also be converted!

I have had the pleasure of being a customer of body freedom since it opened nearly 10 years ago. I travel around 1 hr to get there from the Dandenongs and it is certainly well worth the trip. I have had a variety of their treatments from facials to pregnancy massage, body wraps, beauty treatments and then more recently lymphatic drainage massage. Every experience I have had at body freedom has been exceptional!! The setting is very beautiful and peaceful and the staff are all very professional, yet warm and friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone and I certainly do at any given opportunity. Please try it; you will be hooked!!!

It is not often I am so impressed by a team that I feel the need to log on and sing their praises. I just wanted to give a big,heartfelt and sincere thank you to the team at Body Freedom for the most wonderful pregnancy massage. The package was given to me as a christmas gift and when it arrived in the mail, it was so beautifully presented. I had a pregnancy massage, a botanical facial and a pedicure. I was very hesitant to have a massage while pregnant because of spending too much time on Dr Google. One of the owners is actually a former nurse and so answered all my questions and concerns about pressure points, release of toxins and early labour. Having the massage on a futon also made it very comfortable given my newly acquired 'shape' The facial was unbelievably hydrating, and very well timed after a 24 hour flight! I was safe in the fact that all their products are natural and free from nasties. If it was just another day at the spa, I would not be writing this. I do so because I have not felt so nurtured at a spa before, and I really did walk away from the experience feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. It is very true that a happy mummy equals a happy baby. Thank you to the entire team at BF for a truly amazing day!
