I've stayed at 4-5 hotels in Munich all around the same price range and this was probably the least impressive. The location isn't bad, as you can walk into downtown Munich along the southwestern road, but it lacks the happening feel that most other hotels in the west and north have. The breakfast is a little weak and the room is quite small. The most redeeming qualities are the large bathrooms and kind receptionist.
I was there with my family and we appreciated all the little details which made even the stay in such a city hotel very pleasant and unforgetable for a 3 year old one. The room, allthough not the most modern one, was very spacy and clean, the breakfast is great and the hotel employees are all very friendly and client oriented. Stay there :-)
We were disappointed in the Hotel Exquisit. The room lacked basic amenities - luggage rack, clock, radio, soap! The towels were tired and worn. The hotel was clean and the employees were pleasant but we would not stay there again.
