Sheraton München Arabellapark Hotel
Reviews
Great room at the 22nd floor with a nice view over the city ( maybe the net could be avoided) space-full and bright.Has been refurbished recently and looks very modern, nice and tidy.Bar was nice and liked it the restaurant less not a very interesting Menu according to me,was not my " cup of tea ",extreme high prices for phone calls ( even local) and internet access, parking fee definitively suggest NOT to use it.All Overall i had a very good sleep but would look for something else next time.
Problem hotel that put staff reception dealing treated by a very bad deal and act because I had booked a number of 3 rooms next to some one level and the price the first problem when you receive a room telling me receptionist rooms that had been booked you will receive after 5 hours note that I distinguished from 3 pmand Stlmt rooms at approximately 8 almost evening and the rooms are not next to some and not the same size
Nothing to rave about but at the same time good and affordable. The rooms are nice as i love to have a balcony. The building is a bit of a shocker but what would you expect from 1970. All together well maintained. However its just opposite of the Westin, so both are a bit out of the city. In Munich, I prefer to stay here or at the four points in the city.
Excellent service, specially the meeting room and facilities for our strategy meeting where ideal. Gret service by Banqueting Service Manager Halil.
Good atmosphere, multi languages speaking team, pool, bar and sports room.
