Gorgeous hotel, reminding you of flagship properties. Staff was super attentive and helpful. The hotel is a bit in the suburbs of Munich, but near the U-bahn. Not as convenient as places near the train station, but you won't be mad at the hotel.

Very bad experience. Arrived with 3 big bags at 2pm. No offer of assistant from the staff. In fact the porter watched me drag the bell boy trolly to collect my bags from where the taxi driver left them. Breakfast on the first morning was aggressive service. The room was empty but the wanted everybody sitting on top of each other. Extremely uncomfortable to have a private conversation. The next morning although I asked for coffee 3X, I received none. As the staff were too busy dealling with thai tourists and the United Airlines forgotten pilot cap. As a marriott member GOLD The service was below what would be expected at a Courtyard. And it should only be booked as a last resort. Until the management pull their finger out and deliver what is promised. The only redeeming feature was the room service food, albeit the price was not cheap.

Arrived at 11:30 pm after a long flight, and I was told my room was no longer available. No help with my bags, no sympathy, nothing. They sent me to another hotel over 15 minutes away (I'd chosen the Marriott based almost solely on location).
