I should have known not to waste my time or money by the first review I had read here- one does not earn such low marks at random. I sincerely hope that Kim treats other customers much better than my own experience (& the stories of friends) leads me to believe. I normally do by my best to move past a business even with a bad experience, but it's true, there are too many other decent and stellar options when it comes to getting your nails done in Sierra Vista. This business, starting with the business owners, could attempt to learn better customer service and focus on honing their skills to provide better all around service. Bottom line: Save yourself the headache & go else where!
I started having my nails done by Andy when they were located at Kim's nails out past the mall. When they took over Tam's I stayed with them. They have made me a loyal customer by their consistency and quality work. They do wonderful pedicures, they are the only ones who have ever done my nails so that they will last 3 weeks between fills w/out breaking. As long as they are in business, I'll never go anywhere else.
I have this opinion and have heard the same thing from svereral people in town! Rose is incredibly rude and just plain mean - Tam (her husband) once asked me on a visit long ago why women or people in general do not like her? As I was new to this particular salon at the time and not having really met Rose - I could not offer an opinion - but all that chaged just a few short months after that conversation - if I had ever gone back to that rude place and was asked the same question - I would have a different answer!! There are too many other places to get nails done than have to put up with her!!! She is also so very vain - as she always looked at herself in the mirror as she spoke to you.
