Visage European Fusion Day Spa

Excellent professional service. I will be returning for more services.
Went with my daugher and we both got a massage and a facial treatment. The massage was wonderful, could not have been better. The facial was torture, I even had a bruise the next day. The lady was brutal and the procedure was extremly painful - yes, it physically hurt. The lady was rude and degrading in her communication. Her stressed out self left nothing for relaxation. She spend a maximum of 10 minutes in the room and than left you alone for 40 minutes. As I was glad she was gone, paying 60 dollars for this is outrages. You could not pay me to go back for a facial.
Visage is definitely the best place in Sierra Vista to go for a true spa experience. Every single person who works there is extremely nice and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable.. even offering beverages when you come in. Sara cuts my hair and I will never go to anyone else in town! She does an amazing job. For $50 you get a scalp massage, shampoo/condition, cut, AND style. Best value in town. The prices for treatments are higher than most places in town, but you really are treating yourself to a relaxing time. The esthetician there is great, she does my eyebrows sometimes. The only downside is sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment when you need it.. they tend to fill up quickly. So call ahead!
It takes a certain kind of person to enjoy going here, and your typical spa goer isn't it. After walking in, I felt like I was in some kind of witchcraft cult room. The decor was very "out there" with bright colors and odd things. The owner, who is the one that does the services, is very loud, rude, and has an extremely abrasive personality. I felt extremely rushed and felt she did not do a good job. I received a pedicure there, and the chair you are to sit on is very uncomfortable. You're literally soaking your feet in a dish pan, which she fills with water. The entire time, she was telling me she was a doctor, and after receiving her medical degree in podiatry, she decided this was what she wanted to do. The entire time she kept saying, "I bet you have never had a pedicure by a real doctor before," and "I know what I'm doing, because I went to medical school for this!" Yeah, right! Only a lunatic would get a medical degree to give people pedicures. The prices were extremely overpriced. Do yourself a favor and do not go here!
An employee brought her 2 year old in for a haircut the morning of my massage and he cried throughout.
