the website looked so wonderful and inviting, thought it would be the prefect place for a relaxing massage. however, once we arrived we found that was very deceiving. The place looked look it hadn't been used in a while. Even though we had called ahead for reservations, the doors were locked. Finally a woman opened the door. The inside was very sparse. There was a small make shift desk and nothing else in the entry. The waiting area had one couch and two folding camps chairs. not exactly luxurious as the website had alluded to. we had asked that we each have a private room, but were put together in one. My friend and I had booked different massages, but both masseuses left the room together 3 times during the treatments for about 10 to 15 minutes each time - taking time away from our booked treatment options. The massages themselves were sadly lacking. the facial portion of my massage consisted of a light mask with a plastic ice bag over my eyes. The body scrub was applied and then half wiped off. I was left with a cloth and told to wipe the rest off myself. The beds were not heated and I didn't feel properly covered. She left my entire back exposed all the while she was just rubbing my arms. I felt like I was just "greased up" and left. My kids could have done a better job. The woman I had was hacking and coughing continually. She never washed her hands . The entire experience was very unprofessional. Disappointing would be an understatement. A total waste of time and money. I wonder if the Napa location could be different. I surely hope so ! Also odd, was the fact that there was not another person anywhere in the building. No receptionist. No other clients, and no other personnel of any kind. It just didn't look like a legitimate business….actually a little creepy.
