I *love* everything about Riverspointe Spa. The ambience, decor, furnishings, and especially the employees. It is such a relaxing, rejuvenating experience, every time I visit. Massages, facials, mani/pedicures -- all are wonderful.

I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this spa! Truly amazing customer service and my therapist's were the best I've ever had. Talk about the best massage of my life! Then my facial was so relaxing, I think I actually fell asleep. Everyone was really caring and the spa was very clean and calming. I will be coming back every chance I get. You have to check out this spa!!!!!

I have a very tense back as a result of working a desk job, and stopped in to Riverspointe Spa on a recent visit to Estes to get some relief. Wow - I highly recommend the Ashiatsu (sp?) technique. My therapist was Brooke, and she was able to work several knots out of my back that other therapists have had limited success with. All of the staff I interacted with were warm and inviting - very peaceful and scerene place with a great location next to the river. Relaxing and wonderful!

Riverspointe Spa was in one word: Perfect. We come to Estes Park at least once a year and while the hubby was golfing, I treated myself to an hour Deep Tissue Massage with Haley. She was very professional, kind and good at her job. She found knots I didn't even know I had! Because of my job and the constant movement it requires, she gave great advice on products to use in the meantime. I also scheduled an Essential Pedicure with Jadwiga and it was over all too soon. She was very accommodating, offered to fill up my water glass (infused with lemon oil--oh so refreshing!) several times and even fixed my polish when I screwed it up two minutes after she told me not to put on sandals yet. She did so without a hint of frustration (I'm sure it's a pain to have someone not listen to your advice when you KNOW what's going to happen -- oops) and was a very calming person to be around. I'm referring everyone I know to spend a day with the ladies at Riverspointe Spa. The environment is peaceful, quiet, calming and everything a high-end spa should be.

i've had some great massages, but this was by far the best massage i've ever had! she asked me upfront the kind of massage i like and what areas i needed extra work on. she noticed the knots i failed to mention because i'm so used to having them and focused on working them out too. she even worked in some hot stones. she wasn't super chatty which really let me relax and thoroughly enjoy the experience. i would recommend riverspointe spa to anyone. they are seriously great at what they do. i thought the staff was really friendly and attentive to making sure i had a great experience.
