Best Day Spa in the Bay Area!!!! I have been going to Glow Day Spa for over a year and the service is impeccable! I have experienced a variety of their services, facials, massages, nails (gel too!) and have been thrilled with the results. Spending time at Glow is like spending the day with your best girlfriends!!! I get compliments from my friends on how great my skin looks (Thanks to Wesley for my facials!) And my friends always compliment the great colors/designs on my nails (thank you Jill!!!). Can't say enough- you won't go wrong making Glow Day Spa your spa of choice!!!

I came in for a 90 minute prenatal massage. This was my first experience at Glow. It was extremely relaxing and the massage was great. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating! Overall it was a great experience.

I have been a loyal customer for two years until I moved to Texas... The pedis and manis are so good I always make an appointment when I'm here in town! Jill is awesome... I highly recommend her!

Today was the first time I went to this Spa. I really enjoyed the whole thing. I was well informed of all the things that were going on the whole time. Kerry was great and even suggest other products for me but then told me not to buy them right away if I don't feel comfortable but to research it first. That right there is the reason I WILL BE GOING BACK!

This "spa" lacks customer service! I tried multiple times to book a variety of treatments and appointments were impossible to come by. Also, it seems although the receptionist lacks any knowledge of protocol for treatments. Once I finally got something scheduled for my friend and I, we never made it in because my friend's daughter was ill and had to be picked up from school. The "salon" decided that the 24 hour policy was not being waived and that a cancellation fee was being charged to my credit card without any sympathy or intentions of trying to accomodate the customers. I will never revisit this salon and I would never refer anyone to this salon. The staff is rude and lacks knowledge. I have a gift card for this salon that I would rather throw away then utlize with these rude novices.
