My first experience was an enjoyable one to remember! I had such a fun and relaxing time getting my deep tissue massage, and the customer service was out of this world! I have never been to a spa before, so Don the massage therapist walked me through my whole massage experience and he was wonderful! Such a genuine and nice gentleman, he made me feel at peace by just talking with him. The people at Pia are all very heart warming and know how to treat their clients like royalty! I loved the complimented drinks, the scents you smell immediately as you walk into the door.Everything was wonderful! I would recommend this Spa to everyone I know, and next time I will bring my boyfriend along to share the experience! He was happy to see me leave happy and relieved from my previous back pains. 5 stars all the way!

Sol was exceptional! I received an eyelash perm treatment from her and she was gentle that I even dozed off during the treatment, which is awesome considering my eyelashes were stuck to my eyelid! I would highly recommend her.

I've been coming here for years and have never been any but extremely satisfied! Every esthetician is professional and caring. Whatever the service, they make you feel comfortable. This place is wonderful and I wish there was a location closer to the Brandon area.

Moved to Tampa and was extremely worried about finding a good waxing place. I totally fell in love with Pia Spa!!! They are always so professional and provide such amazing customer service. Make sure to ask for Karoline, she's such a sweetheart!
