Nice salon and the staff are very friendly. I go to Billy, he is the BEST!!! He does a great job everytime. He is very friendly and will listen to what you want done and will give you feed back with pros and cons based on your face and type of hair. I definitely recommend Billy!! :)

I love Monaco Salon and have been going there for years to see Lee. Lee does a fantastic job with my cut and color and I would never go anywhere else; he is talented and he always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Monaco just relocated to a new location by which is beautiful and modern. This new state-of-the-art salon offers Paul Mitchell and Bumble products. I would highly recommend Lee's services and he is even doing my hair for my upcoming wedding.

Elena, Manager and makeup artist took my call and I knew I was speaking with an experienced professional willing to answer all of my questions and offered me a free consultation with the remarkable owner Krista Abad, Hair Extensions Specialist. As it turned out she was the person who best suited my needs. Krista literally "held my hand " from the initial consult until the entire service was completed and I was 100% satisfied with the results! In addition to Krista I immediately felt a wonderful relationship with my colorist Lee and each and every staff member. They were all rock stars and I wholeheartedly trusted everything they recommended. I still use and thankfully bought every product that was offered and recommended upon departure. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. With Krista's guidance and Lee's expertise he was able to formulate the perfect custom shade which complemented my look perfectly. I personally loved the luxurious shampoo and conditioning treatment followed by superior blow-dry styling by Christina . Immediately following my remarkable experience my family moved to Virginia; there is nothing by my house or in my town this fantastic. Although it has only been four months and my hair is still in pristine condition I scheduled an appointment as I am flying back to Tampa for a visit. Monaco Salon is a very well kept business with great talent. I have been there for Hair services as well as Eyelash Extensions and I`ve seen first hand on how the Hair extensions are done. The thing about this salon is that they never going to over promise and under deliver. Yea, you may want to go blonde and get disappointed when they tell you it can`t happen with your black hair in one day, but they aren't going to let you leave that salon with orange hair. Most of these people that get their hair done and have a complaint are people that walked in there with unrealistic ideas because THEY NO NOTHING ABOUT THEIR HAIR AND HOW COLOR AND CUTS WORK. NO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LOOK LIKE JLO IN THE MAGAZINES. *** Everyone`s hair is different..as in Texture..length..color..be realistic people. I get amazing compliments on my eyelash extensions and Krista has hands down the best quality hair extensions and knows exactly what she is doing. All in all. I`m happy with this salon and I`d send anyone to it. They are trustworthy and do their best to please their clients and be honest with them.
