Eliana is amazing! She took my previous horrible permanent makeup job on my eyebrows from bad to AWESOME! She does her permanent makeup by hand, not a machine. She also takes her time with you making sure you are completely satisfied with what she wants to do to give you the best look! And she's super sweet!
