My most recent visit (a touch up) was with Ashima and she was wonderful! Thank you for listening to what I wanted to achieve, being concerned about my comfort, and keeping me posted on how much the visit was going to cost! I started laser hair reduction in 2007 and it took about 2-3 years to "complete". Now I go in the "winter" months for touch ups- once a year or less. Having just moved to sunny FL, I'll admit, it was a major pain since you can't have sun exposure during your treatment intervals. Very worth it in the long run! It is indeed hair permanent hair REDUCTION and not complete REMOVAL. But, I am pleased with my 1-2 times per week touch up shaving vs 1-2 times a day! The hair is very fine, mostly blonde and my skin is so soft now. This was definitely an investment- time and $$$$, but worth it in the long run! If you are expecting quick, pain free and 100% hair removal, think twice. If your goals are realistic, you will be very pleased with the end result.

I would had not minded the price if it worked. The day I was done with the treatments I considered setting an appointment for touch ups because i still have that unwanted hair only over $4,000 later. Save your money and time and just don't do it

This branch is wonderful! I've had a couple different people perform my laser removal and I think, by far, my favorite professional is Poon. I don't know her last name, but she's super knowledgeable and friendly. If you're nervous about laser hair removal and are going to this branch, ask for her!

It cost $10,000 for the package. And you can only get this "amazing price" if you sign-up the same day. Avoid at all cost.

Great staff and great results but... their pricing method is very inaccurate. They give every one a different price (I know this because I have many friends who have used them) and then tell them its only valid for THAT DAY ONLY. (which they did to all my friends including myself) I understand they think by cornering people in will make them sign up immediately... which is working I guess but it leaves a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I feel it is a classless sales tactic. I am more uncomfortable going to Ideal Image than shopping for a car.
