I read the glowing reviews online and I could not wait to try this spa. I made an appointment for a massage. I had some trouble finding the business and it was ~ 7 minutes before my appt time. I called from my cell for assistance. I told the receptionist that I was sure I right around the corner and that I needed her to help me right my direction. The receptionist curtly told me, "she has someone after you, you are cutting into your time." I was so shocked by her response. I again told her I knew I was very close and gave her the landmarks. She was terse and demonstrated that she didn't know which way was east and which way was west. It got so frustrating that I decided to cancel the appointment. I explained to her that I was reluctant to go there if this was the typical treatment over the phone. The receptionist then hung up on me! This happened 6 weeks ago. I was just searching for a new place to try and I saw all these great reviews-- it reminded me that I needed to share my experience. I say proceed at your own risk.
