I LOVE this spa! I'm from New Jersey and every time time I visit Tampa, I book an appointment with Bianca. My go-to spa treat is a massage + European facial + mani or pedi. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of service and treatment you receive here. The staff does a phenomenal job at making you feel comfortable and relaxed with providing you tea/beverages, cozy robe/slippers and are attentive to you while you wait in between services. The European facial is the best I have ever received (they get everything out - literally - and your face feels like a million bucks after!) Staff take the time with you, assess your skin and match products used based on your skin type. I really appreciate that throughout your treatment, you feel totally and utterly pampered - that's the essence of SB Health & Beauty Spa and why I continue to revisit after all these year.

The staff at SB Spa was very courteous and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Both my girlfriend and had a spa package and all our therapist were great, the facialist was awesome, she was gentle when necessary and more assertive when needed in just the perfect balance. Our nail tech did great as well, she was very considerate, asked my preferences, checked in constantly to make sure everything was going well, and did exactly as I wanted. my co-spa attendee also had a great experience and had no complaints.

I visited SB Spa as an anniversary gift from my husband. The steam room was wonderful, as well as the body exfoliation and hot stone massage. Vanessa was my therapist, she was very friendly but did not attempt to chat with me throughout my massage, which is exactly the way I like it. I prefer to relax and zone out, not carry on a conversation during massages. The spa is very quiet, I literally only saw one other client during the 2 and a half hours that I was there. Everything was top notch, very clean and comfortable. The glass of wine was a nice touch, though I`m not much of a wine drinker. Looking forward to returning for another treatment!

Really really good. Probably the best I ever had. Ask for Chandra. She did a wonderful session. Very in tune to knowing or asking the proper pressure. Knew how to handle my condition and reviewed possible ways to ease my tension.Nice atmosphere. Nice greeting and departure. Overall didn't miss. Price is right in the middle. Not too cheap, not too expensive.

I can't get enough of this place! SB spa is a beautiful facility with very friendly and courteous staff. I have been there several times for massages and the therapist provide excellent service and are very professional. Another great perk is that they are always able to accommodate the times I need. I would recommend SB Spa to everyone!
