American Laser Skincare

A friend of mine convinced me to give laser hair removal a try, after hearing about a bad waxing experience that scarred me for some time. The staff was friendly and accommodating when booking my appointment, and the procedure hurt a lot less than I thought it would. I'll be back for more hair removal services in the future.
While here you may get a "deal" here vs at a plastic surgeons office, you get what you pay for. Your visits will be interupted to offer you a service for something you never inquired about but the techs feel you may be insecure about. Despite having pale skin and dark hair I have seen minimal reduction during my 2+ years of hair removal. Only now have the girls been increasing the power of the laser so I'm hoping it will start to pay off. Unlike a medical office, you get a new tech each time, and sometimes the shift ends mid treatment so you might have 2. They are just paid by the hour to use the devices on you, there is no 1 on 1 or tracking your progress. They are in the business of selling not health or medicine. However, I will say that some of the techs are increadibly sweet, legitimately interested in the technology, and it seems they are young, recent cosotology school graduates working on building a resume for themselves. Unfortunately, the employee turnover rate is so high you never know if you'll get someone knowledgeable or for how long they'll be working on you. They must have a hard time dealing with the company as well! Save yourself the trouble and ingore your free gift certificate and complimentary consultation and see a pro instead!!
