I am absolutely in love with this place! Amazing warm staff and, especially, the owner Gail. Thank you very much for all the treatments that you've done for me, it actually worked 100%. I am a very satisfied customer. P.S. My face was breaking out very often leaving scars and discoloration. I tried everything possible for years to get rid of pimples and scars. However, this place was an amazing discovery for me, it is a little paradise. The owner herself took care of me through all seven treatments she did for me. The results were very impressing. Two years passed and I still DON'T break out, my face is smooth and glowing. Thank Gail for all your help. Love you. Russian Maria))))
I purchased a groupon and recently used it for a facial with Teddi. I haven't had a facial in years and I loved every minute of my facial. Teddi was very friendly and let me know exactly what she was doing at each step. I would certainly go back in a heartbeat for another facial with Teddi. I walked away feeling fresh, relaxed and rejuvinated. My skin has been glowing for the last few days! Loved it! The only thing I would mention is that the location is a little off the beaten path and is in what appears to be an office building, but once in the spa, you completely forget where you are and have a relaxing experience!
Unbelievable! I have been going to La mani for a few years, and I love it. My skin looks wonderful and clear. What is so special about Gail? Well, her attention to detail and honesty about what I need for my skin.
I called the first time to make an appointment I got an answering machine...I called three days later to make an appointment and I got an aswering machine again. I left a message, about 4 hours passed and noone called back which I though was really unsuall. I called again and I finally got someone to answer the phone (not the owner a very polite person) when she heard my name she told me she was just going to call me back...then as I try to get a Saturday appointment for two people at the same time I was told that she will check the schedule and call me right back, almost two hours passed with no call back. I called again and I proceed to make an appointment after two weeks and a half for two people. Then I was asked if I have a Groupon or anything like that. I asked "why would this make any difference?" they told me because they only make two groupon appointments in a day. I asked why that was not on the fine print? Then Gail the owner came on the phone with attitude and extetremely rude says "what seems to be the problem?" Of course I did not like the tone of her voice..I asked why this information was not on the fine print and she proceeds to tell me "it is, it says you must call two weeks ahead" I said "yes I am calling two weeks ahead". Gail then proceeds to say "oh I see that now" without apologizing and when I asked how this will affect my appointment she very rudely said "you know you are very fresh" and proceeds to attack me personally. I asked her specifically to answer my question how this will affect my appointment, she said on that day they have four Groupon appointments and can not do it...didn't she say can only have two Groupon appointments in a day?? I said nothing about that. When I stated that this is the first time I have such a customer service or someone talking like this to me, she says "oh, it is very hard to beleive" again attacking me personally. I just kind smiled and I asked if she is the owner and again she says I am being very fresh with her. Who is being fresh? All this time I am thinking... I am trying to make an appointment and I am asking questions that you can not answer and then you lie....Then she asks what do you want? Do you want your money back? of course at this point after this encounter with the owner I want nothing to do with this Spa. I do monthy chemical peels and microdermatation at another place and I wanted to try something different and see what other places have to offer so I thought this Groupon offer gives me an excuse to do that and try the place and if I like it I can go back to have spa days with my girlfriends because all of my friends live in town or close by....Bottom line very Rude, very Un-professional owner! Who while talking to me never passed though her mind or care about what Customer Service is...Buyer be Aware....
I have been a client of Gail's & Le Mani Day Spa for years and highly reccommend the Spa. To this day, I still rely on Gail for all my skin needs. Gail personalizes each facial for my needs and my skin looks beautiful because of it. I live out of state now, but won't trust anyone else with my skin, so I see Gail when I am home for holidays and visits. All the ladies in my family love Le Mani!!
