They're pretty good, close and convenient. I could go to another nail place equally as close and convenient, but now I prefer Bliss. I love the girl up front. She is just soooo cool, friendly and nice. I've often seen her really hustle to get customers serviced as quickly as possible. Whether they have an appt or not, she just genuinely cares! She doesn't overbook, double-book, or make you wait if no one is available(that's your decision).

I have been to appox 5 nails places in the last 2 years living in PG County. I'm from the Northern VA area and had my favorite spots over there. I'll start by simply saying that I feel this one deserves some attention and that I don't write reviews often. I am picky and I not only want a impressive job done but a place that is, well...Americanized in a sense. The guy that helped me is very slim and his sister owns the place. HE WAS FANTASTIC! Funny, personable, helped me chose my color that I got for FREE because of a special (pedi+full-set = 5% discount off total if cash and free bottle of nail color!) best deal in town plus a sign hanging that says "We promise to offer the best service in town." No doubt indeed. Other places I've been not only was the work that was being done poor but lack of good customer service. I can't stand when I'm rushed and made feel like just another walk-in. Sit here...boom boom boom... bye. I wish I remembered the guys name but I will defiantly be going back. His wife works there too and she did my gel nails. He sat over there while she did them because by the time I got to her, the salon had closed. We talked about Vietnamese food which I LOVE and they gave me some suggestions in town. All in all I just felt like they cared. My pedi was soo relaxing and overdue : / and my nails, perfect! Even though I came in at 7:15 and they close at 8, they still took me for a spa pedi and full set gel nail. This is my new spot in town. Hope this review helps those who are as analytical as me.
