Worst unprofessional spa I have ever schedule at. I was given a 7 pm appointment and I was about 2-5 minutes away from the sap when I was told that my message was cancel because my therapist went home. This was my very first time there-- did not request any particular therapist so any therapist could have done my message. They claimed they call my cell to cancel me but lied because they never call . By the way this was my birthday gift because it was B-day. They ruined my pampered day for my Birthday. I paid for a package: message and manicure/pedicure but they offer the manicure /pedicure not the message. I will never go there or refer anyone: unprofessional customers service ......

The technicians that I have had for services at Bernards in Marlton (mani/pedi, massage and facial) have all been great - especially Randi that did my facial! The property itself is nice and contemporary. Their prices are reasonable and they offer great specials. If it weren't for the poor customer service I repeatedly receive from the front desk, I would have rated them four or five stars. When dealing with the front desk I am often rushed off the phone, treated as if I'm an inconvenience, and it appears to pain them if they have to give eye contact or even attempt to smile. Dealing with the public is HARD, I understand that. I can imagine the stories they can tell of crazy and demanding customers, but not everyone is like that and I know I don't deserve it. The owner really needs to step in and do something about it because the person who answers the phone or greets the guest gives the first impression and sets the tone for the rest of the services that are to take place. The impact the people have at the front desk shouldn't be underestimated.

Good haircut, but incredible rude girl behind de counter. For the prizes, I would expect some kindness, at least.

Kerri is wonderful. Listens to what you want. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for.
