Complete waste of money. Went in for a full set, and they were so sub-par that I had to almost completely redo them. Staff were quiet but in a hurry it seemed. The girl who did my nails literally did nothing at all to prep my nails or cuticles, just laid the tips and gel and polish in a matter of ten minutes. The nails are lumpy, uneven on the surface and in length, crooked on some nails, and polish was haphazardly applied. In the areas where polish got on my cuticles she just wiped it away with her thumb nail. Now, three days later, after redoing the polish myself, refiling the shape to what I had wanted originally and reshaping the surface to make them look less lumpy, one nail has cracked down the middle, one broke off, and all of them look like they already are two weeks old since she didn't push my cuticles back before applying. I have had better results with press-on nails from Walgreens. Ugh.

Extremely horrible! I truely don't know if the people working there are licensed to do nails, etc. I wouldn't go here again or suggest it to anyone. The people were not professional nor did I feel like they knew what they were doing.

I went in to A & J's for a polish. I wanted my fingers polished with the gel nail polish and my toes done with regular polish. I got there at 3:30. The owner informed me there was a 15 minute wait, which I was fine with. To make a long story short I did not get out of there until 5:30 for only a polish, no manicure, no new set, or pedicure ONLY a polish. I was so frusturated because I informed the owners that I had a wedding reception to attend to and still they showed NO type of urgency. Another customer went in after me for a new set and she was out before me. They did give me a gift card for waiting so long but I am still unsure if I will even go back for FREE service.

I saw the 20% off sign so I tried it. I loved my nails but the owner got mad that the nail tech wasn't "charging me enough". So I ignored it came for a rebase and she FIRED that nail tech. The owner is SUPER stuck up. She grabbed my hand and started laughing saying "You think THESE are good?" Then called over another nail tech and they started laughing and talking in their language. I'm sorry, but for how often I get my nails done and the price I pay I expect great customer service with it! So we walked out! I will NEVER go step foot in this place again! Don't let the discount fool you! I've seen their work!
