Great Products and Knowledge! I had dark blotches (hyperpigmentation) on my cheeks. Rosa recommended a wonderful product called Brilliant C. She gave me a facial and went through the entire process from cleanser to toner to serum and moisturizer. I have been using the product for 3 months and have had amazing results! The hyperpigmentation has significantly faded. I was also provided with a foundation color match along with the cover up. I highly recommend Merle Norman on Louisiana for your facial needs!

VERY RUDE! I purchased a groupon for a facial. When I scheduled, I was told that they are booking out one month out because of the groupon deal (understandable). So I went ahead and scheduled one month out. Well the day of my facial, a family emergency came up and I was unable to call or cancel the appointment. The next day I called to reschedule, I spoke to a lady named TAMARA, who I believe does the facials, and she WAS VERY RUDE and says she cannot reschedule me nor honor my groupon that I paid for because I no showed! I explained I had a family emergency and she was still very rude and said they will not honor my groupon and I cannot schedule and basically I was out of luck! I called groupon and reported them and I intend to pursue this further. Very poor customer service I have ever experienced. WOW

AWFUL service. *NOTE that all the good ratings are concerning Jen, who has a waxing studio in the back, unaffiliated with Merle Norman, she has since moved to her own location and is AWESOME!* As far as the cosmetic studio, the owner always acts in a rush with you when other customers come in. I have been mismatched not just once, but THREE times by the owner, Rosa. Fran is obsessed with old school products not good on youthful/acne prone skin and it is horribly frustrating to be berated as a customer regardless of your personal experience with Merle Norman. Merle Norman offers EXCELLENT products, but this store is a VERY POOR reflection of what Merle Norman stands for. They will not give samples and are very judgmental and snobby. If you are looking for a patient, kind and personal experience concerning Merle Norman cosmetics, I totally recommend the store at Coors and Paseo del Norte.

Had a facial here with groupon, I've had many facials and this one was Amazing!! The service was great!!! I loved the Merle Norman skin care line they used. I rebooked and will be sending everyone I know here!!! Thank you SO MUCH!! You girls were Awesome!!!

I went in to find some foundation and the lady there wasn't very helpful. She showed me the selections and asked if I wanted to try out the product at one of their tables. I said yes. She then left me alone so I figured that I am supposed to use what was on display. As soon as I started trying it on, she asked "What are you doing? That's retail" How was I supposed to know what to do? I've never been there before and the only reason I went in was because of the reviews. I left feeling very embarrassed and put down. I will never go back!
