I bought a groupon for 6 laser treatments, I love my results and would recommend to all my friends and family!

Bought a Groupon for 6 laser treatments and paid a discounted price to add on a 7th. At the beginning I was told I had the perfect skin tone for laser hair removal so they could do it at the highest setting and I would get the maximum benefit from the treatments. I scheduled my appointments for 5:30 in six week increments. When I went in for my 5th treatment they were closed! The lady came to the door and told me they close at 5 and looked at me like I was crazy when I told her that I had all my sessions scheduled at 5:30 and had already come 4 times at that time. She looked me up in the computer and told me my appointments were scheduled for 3pm going forward. A time I never would have chosen for myself since I work. I can't believe they would change their hours, reschedule their patients and never even tell them! And then act like they were crazy when they showed up at their appointment time. Needless to say after my 7th treatment I still see no difference in the color or amount of hair. I was told at my last session that they just got a new laser that has been giving their clients results but that the old one didn't. Would I like to buy more sessions for that one? Let me get this straight, you have been charging me AND your full paying clients for laser hair removal on a laser that didn't even work? Now you want me to pay full price for treatments on that laser in good faith that I'll get results? I don't think so.

I signed up for a Groupon- 6 treatments for $100. Five treatments later, i still have 100% of my arm pit hair. I am very dissapointed. They are using the wrong lasers or severly out-dated ones. Don't waste your money!

TOTAL SCAM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND PROMISED RESULTS BUT THERE WERE NONE. I HAVE HAD RESULTS AT ANOTHER PLACE. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!
