She needs to post by appointment only so you don't waste your time driving there.... Was not impressed

I got a new set of gel nails. Love the color and shaping of the nail. I found the salon very comfortable and inviting. Kim is very fun and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next appointment.

Kim is absolutely the best there is for eyelash extensions. I have very fine, thin eyelashes, and Kim takes the time to place each individual extension on me for a natural yet glamorous look. I can't begin to count the number of people that have asked me about my "mascara" because they have to know what brand makes them look so long and gorgeous! People are always shocked to find out that they are extensions and want to know more about them. I have had my lashes done at boutiques that only do eyelashes at a significantly higher cost and not only did they never last as long, the technicians can never place lashes that are as long or nice as the ones that Kim uses - they always say that my lashes are too short or thin to support anything more - and I know from experience that it just isn't true! The only possible minus that I could list for Kim is that it can be tough to get an appointment - but that is because she is in such high demand and her clients make sure to book her way in advance. She has never been late or missed an appointment in the time we have worked together and is wonderful about making sure to confirm her appointments by phone or text. Kim is extremely professional and has an amazing personality, you would be making a mistake to get your lashes done anywhere else.

I've had gel nails for several years now and Kym is definitely the BEST! She came to my rescue after I had a terrible experience at another salon in Albuquerque and I've been a loyal client ever since. Kym's salon is very relaxing and ultra hygienic, and she is very knowledgeable about the science behind all of her products. I always get tons of compliments on my beautiful nails and highly recommend her work.

(I'm only rating lash extensions, not any other services). I've gone to a few different people for lash extension within the past couple years and these were my least favorite. Affordable, but too much glue, tangled, "stiff", heavy, they were going every which way and some were grouped together leaving gaps in different spots and just plain unmanagable. The person I went to to get them fixed mentioned for the most part it might not be her teqnique it's more than likely the product she is using, I guess she often see's this result with silk lashes (we're not sure what was put on me). I have mink lashes on now, they are very soft, light and managable.
