Ventilation is still poor despite remodel. Nail technicians do not know how to do different designs other than flowers. Poor choice of usable nail polish (most look like they are separating). Poor values, extra design cost 8 bucks and cannot be seen unless bent over and loyalty card requires 10 $20 purchases but only gives a $15 freebie to client. Polish doesn't last very long and pedicure takes longer than any other saloon I have been too. Instead of adding new services they should learn about the ones they already offer.
WORST NAIL SALON IN ALBUQUERQUE!!!! I went in and asked for a full set, I was seated immediately. The whole experience was painful (literally) but thankfully very brief because my nail tech seemed to be rushing. In the process of filing my nails she made 9 of my fingers bleed (she even cut my middle finger more than once) and instead of apologizing, told me I had thin skin. When I became visably upset after the fourth cut or so she asked me to go ahead and pay (full price) before we went any further, probably because she could tell I was ready to walk out. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
