i thought the waxing was ok she didnt pull the wax strip off she slowly worked it off which hurt alot more and the front staff was very frumpy and greasy hair not something i want to see in a higher end expensive salon she was also rude

I guess the rude front staff described in other reviews is gone, because I found the front staff to be quite pleasant. My waxer was nice, but I could tell she was rushed. She didn't do a consult on how I wanted my eyebrows done past "Do you want shaping or cleanup?" then started prepping me. She put on oils and powder, then waxed, then trimmed and put other stuff on my brows. I didn't see anything until she was completely done, and, although I was happy with the result, I wish I had more say in the process. She also forgot I was going to my have my lip done, cleaned up, and had to re-set up for just that. Overall, I'm happy with the result, the waxing looks nice and was less painful than other places. However, my waxer was way too rushed, didn't communicate, and forgot things.

Very rude office staff. Bad service.

I was very excited to go to wax center for the first time. Then I was really disappointed when I got there for my appointment. The front desk girl was rude and snotty. She does not provide good customer service, especially for being in that area of town. They need to hire a more sophisticated person to be the face of this chic establishment.
